This gym is great! Reasonable prices, friendly staff, and lots of room to play. I do best with cable machine workouts while my husband is all about free weights, and there’s a lot of accommodation for both. Also lots of cardio equipment, free classes with membership, showers in the locker rooms, and coffee near the front desk!

Very friendly people. Always a smile and willing to answer any questions. They're open throughout most of the day including Saturday and Sunday. They have evey kind of equipment you will need to get an awesome experience at the gym.

I'm not a gym goer, typically, but a recent back injury and subsequent surgery, I went about finding a personal trainer to get my whole body stronger with an emphasis on back strength. Sharon has been awesome and I really appreciate her dedication and experience in helping me to become a stronger 50 yr old gal!
