The Prineville office was very professional and clean. The staff was very friendly and the girl at the front desk, Rachelle, made me feel very informed about the exam and what the insurance was going to pay. Will be going back for my annual checkup.

Reviews
The staff is all very friendly and the doctors are knowledgeable. The assistant went out of her way to make sure I was extra comfortable during my exam. She made many adjustments to accommodate me.
Great experience. Was able to give a deal with my new prescription. I got my sunglasses prescription and also got new lens’s for my glasses I already had. They doctor was awesome, and really helped me understand the affects and the educated me on how Chiari impacts my eyes. Couldn’t happier with all the information all the guidance Dr Cheslock provided. The eye exam was quick and easy, no dilation, and the person who helped with picking my sunglasses was super nice about me changing my mind and picking a different pair. The receptionists are always nice and friendly.
