From Katie Rogers who sent me a personal reminder about my appointment, Dr KG, and Kim who was so patient while I was choosing my new frames, I felt like I was the most important valued customer they had!!
The only reason I'm giving them a 4 star rating is because...what is the point of having contacts if you still need to wear readers. Thought the whole point of contacts so you didn't have to wear glasses. Other than that my experience was absolutely great. Great customer service. Friendly atmosphere. The eye doctor takes the time to explain about the outcome of eye exam to where you can understand it. I got my glasses in no time. I didn't expect as fast has it was. I give the staff an A+.
