Ordered custom cabinets and the order didn’t come with confirmate screws. Called Friday and was told to come Saturday and pick them up that there are two office ladies that work on Saturday’s and would be there at 8:30. Drove from Roy to Tremonton and waited for over a hour and nobody every showed up to work. Called and was told the person that works Saturday’s called in sick and that no one would be there to get the screws to us. Very unprofessional, nobody answers the phone, can’t get help with orders when trying to place a order. This delayed my own business from being able to start a job that was supposed to be installed. Fantastic. Carl new what he was doing. Even suggested a lazy susan for the corner cabinet to make things easy,and a tip out under the sink for sponges and things. Love my new cabinets
