Crawl Space Repair Yuk! The revenge of the rodents went down in our crawl space! The Terra Firma team cleaned them out. Brian, the sales rep spent time inspecting the space and recommending the work we needed done. The time he spent surveying the interior and exterior built our confidence in Terra Firma. Just had our annual inspection/maintenance check on our sump system, and the tech Steve-o did a great job. Unlike the tech the previous year, who barely even glanced at the system before charging $180 bucks for the service, Steve-o inspected every part of the system, removing and doing a full inspection/cleaning of each pump. He gave us thorough explanations of what he was doing and any issues he found, and gave us several options for continued maintenance going forward. Huge improvement over the previous year.
