Really good experience, wasn't quite able to get a portion as level as we had hoped. But, did a good job and much improved for the rest of the job. Workers were informative, friendly, and helpful. They cleaned up really well. Did have a water pipe start leaking, but was told previously that it was possible.
Eric spent some time in our cellar of our vintage house. His inspection of some moisture and other issues was thorough and his recommendations made sense to me . The quoted price seems reasonable and economical. and we may well proceed.
We had our longtime basement flooding problems addressed by Terra Firma in December 2023. We have now had some super hard rains and it has stayed DRY. The team was efficient and professional & Jessika was a great communicator and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend!
