I have had 7 different so called talent care specialists within my first year and they changed when I asked if I got PTO. So unorganized and the worse temp company ever. Stay away. Shady company. Shady benefits contracted through a 3rd party that you pay alot of money off a credit card not your paycheck, and those benefits are a scam. They don't cover nothing as I was also paying $130 a month for them. Good thing I tried using them the first month so I cancelled them shortly after. Everyone else at my job that uses a different temp company gets pretty good benefits plus they get PPL or PTO on the side with sick time. Such a rip off. Found a position on Indeed and Kelly services had the contract…applied and processed paperwork on 6/28/2022….didn’t hear anything back for a week, followed up with emails, and phone calls still no response…..every other day I would try calling or emailing the recruiter, and still no response…….it’s going to be a month next week and no clear communication or anything…would not recommend this agency in the portland area at all. If you become desperate and find a gig through Kelly, avoid the recruiter “ Katy Friend” literally is the worse at communicating

Didn't bother to tell me that I was no longer needed for a job. Drove 45 minutes each way to only have them claim it was the main company's fault. Totally rude and refuse to return phone calls. I refuse to work with such a shady company like this....WALK AWAY!!!!
