I am beyond impressed with Goby Walnut and my recent online order. first due to the quality of the product.... stunningly beautiful wood! Out of the box these pieces looked exactly like the online picture with deep, rich color and beautiful figure and curling! Second due to their top notch customer service. I received a call from Phil of Goby Walnut the day after placing my order letting me know that one of the live edge pieces I ordered had been purchased shortly before my order was placed and the website hadn't been updated due to the proximity of the orders to each other. he told me to look and pick another piece and if it was slightly more they would match the price of my first piece. The piece I found was about 20% more expensive and I offered to pay the difference but Phil said they would cover it because that was an error on their part and they wanted to keep me happy. the truth is it wasnt their fault, it's just what it is. But they went above and beyond to make me happy and that is what will keep my coming back again and again! Thanks again Phil and everyone over at Goby Walnut!
