I had the most incredible shopping experience at the Blue Mercury store in Bridgeport! From the moment I stepped inside, I was blown away by the serene atmosphere and the vast selection of luxury beauty products. But the real highlight was the manager, Julie. She went above and beyond—she knew exactly what I needed, gave me personalized recommendations, and made me feel like a VIP. I left with a bag full of must-haves and a huge smile. DJ was amazing. Incredibly friendly, knowledgeable & attentive—even with a store full of customers. She was careful to connect with every person in the store, step away to give us space to shop, then check back in with suggestions and help. Will definitely be back in!

I usually shop at Sephora but I love the brands bluemercury carries. Went in looking for a moisturizer I talked to Karen and she was amazing! I let her know I didn’t want to spend a crazy amount of money on a moisturizer but wanted something in the middle of the pack. She gave me some recommendations for my sensitive skin and landed on their in house brand m-61. It’s been working great for my eczema prone skin. Her service was phenomenal even knowing I wasn’t there to spend the big bucks. I will definitely be returning!
