I love the Pearl District location. Everyone is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and there's no pressure to buy. It feels more intimate than a giant department store, people seem to really care about you. I feel more like a client, less like a customer. Also, the products are great!

Update: This place now offers spas/facials. I got my facial and massage done by Taylor and she did an amazing job. I always wear makeup and after my facial, my skin looked so great that I felt confident enough to go without makeup for a week or so.
