Windy is the best! She is so personable and always does a great job. I’ve been a client for 5 years and won’t get a cut unless she’s available. If you want a great haircut & experience; call ahead get yourself booked!
Windy and Kathleen both do amazing work. They are super friendly and kind. They are part of what makes Philomath such a great town. Call ahead. There is only two of them and thousands of us. Small town America at its very best.
She is the funniest, nicest barber I’ve ever met per my grandson Payton. She is always so friendly and she will go out of her way to make her customers happy. She did a spider web on my grandsons head even tho she had never done one. Definitely a great business.
