I just moved to the area and called a few locations before deciding on The Shop because Joe was willing to listen to my specifics and give me an estimate over the phone. The repair ended up costing less than that and afterwards he showed me the replaced part (I like to know what to look for in the future). Great experience and I plan on returning the next time I need something.

Unbelievable experience. The Shop rescued us from an overheated engine on a sweltering, August day. You don't find this kind of service, or quality of people much anymore. Their charge was less than reasonable, and I added to the total to express our appreciation. Thank you so much. Y'all are the best.
