My family recently had the pleasurer of working with Whitney Land Company selling our family farm. We started off just requesting an evaluation to determine a fair market price of the property. From there discussed marketing strategies and after we decided to list with them. Todd Longgood assisted us at the beginning and for personal reasons facilitated us working with Christopher Sturvland. Christopher worked with us in finding a buyer. Through his and the companies deep contacts we were able to find a solid buyer and from start to finish Christopher kept us updated and the process moving forward smoothly.
