Called them for a major problem at a mobile home park late afternoon on the Friday before a 3 day weekend and they sent out Caleb who took care of the problem immediately. Great communication and service I would definitely recommend them.

I had my central air conditioning go out late Friday afternoon and called Pendleton Electric to see when I could get someone out to see if it could be fixed. They said they’d give me a call the day after Labor Day, which they did. I got the call 8:00am that they would have a technician call me when they’d be able to squeeze me in between other scheduled calls. The technician ended up calling only 30 minutes later, arrived 10 minutes after that and was out of there within another 10, with my central air conditioning now working! Thank you so much for your professionalism and quickness during this heat wave! ?
