During the year plus since I changed to MDA Insurance for my home, Felicia, my agent has been wonderful. Anytime I call her, she follows through, whether that's calling me back or contacting others, to answer questions and complete claims. Very professional. I am very grateful that I switched insurance and am so much more at ease. I feel like a person, not a number.

Mike has been extremely helpful in helping my family find Medicare supplemental insurance and prescription coverage. Because of the pandemic we were not comfortable going to his office, so he took care of each of us over the phone. Very knowledgeable and professional!
