NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS.This year they started cutting current clients based on how long the customer was with them and I think at this point, their remaining clients have been with them for 10+ years. They've lost some key people over the years and have been unable to replace them causing a failure in business services.Because of these ongoing staffing, health, and family issues - it's become impossible for them to accept new clients, and difficult to get client's taxes completed in a timely manner.In my case, they failed several years in a row to get my taxes in before the deadline, which was getting more and more annoying since I was provided information in a timely...read full review
Dropping me as a customer because I wasn't with them as long as others (not my fault) and not offering any alternative, more or less saying, goodbye and good luck. Very disappointed in how they treated me.
