I have worked with Seth Hantke as my lawyer for both a Guardian and Conservatorship for a parent, for the last 7+ years. There are so many nuances and legal issues to be faced when addressing diminished capacity of elder family member and the best steps to take to ensure all issues , legal, financial and safety are addressed. To complicate matters I live out of state, so was handling things remotely at times. I greatly appreciate the time, support, information, clarification of legal issues, they provided over the years. Seth Hantke is a five star Attorney. He's very professional does his job very well and works hard to make sure he takes care of his clients. He understands the stress of situations in my case Divorce & spousal support. He has a great personality and is very nice guy . With all his experience and knowledge of the law he won both my cases while showing his professional talent as a fantastic Attorney . I knew I made the right decision in hiring him to defend me.
