Rachel is so talented and I am always blown away at how much better I feel after working with her. I usually have a BARS session with her and always walk away feeling refreshed, focused and 10 lbs lighter. She's sensitive and intuitive and helps me see and release patterns that keep showing up for me. I love my appointments with her so much!

I have been going to Rachel for the past 3 years and she has changed my life.
