After many years without the need to file a commercial claim on our circa 1902 Odd Fellows building we had a water intrusion disaster last year after an unseasonably late snow and ice storm. Almost a year into the claim we realized there was a communication breakdown with the insurance company who actually holds the policy. Tami & Chris worked together to advocate for us so that the insurer took our concerns seriously and responded immediately, discovering over $5,000 of reimbursable funds that we would have lost without Tami & Chris's help at a time when every dollar is precious.
