WONDERFUL experience! I reached out on Facebook to inquire about a carpet cleaning company. Nicholas Carpet Care came HIGHLY rated and I see why. They did a wonderful job cleaning the carpet in my grandmother's home. I walked in the front door and noticed instantly the scent of CLEAN carpet!? Javon arrived on time and was very professional and thorough. Kudos to him and we appreciate the wonderful job he did. My grandmother said he was working really hard and did a marvelous job. He communicated everything and it was greatly appreciated. Matthew and the young man with him cleaned my white ultra suede sectional. I had always spot cleaned it, but have been reluctant to have it completely cleaned because of my fear that it could be damaged if not cleaned correctly. Before hiring Nicholas, I called three other carpet cleaning companies, but Mark of Nicholas was the one that I felt really understood my description of ultra suede and how it should be cleaned. I immediately sensed upon arrival that Matthew was knowledgeable and knew exactly how to clean ultra suede. It turned out great and looks like new. The before and after speak for themselves! But wow! It’s so nice to not be tripping on wrinkles and looking at the mess my cats made over 17 years in our home.Mark and son Bryson came out Monday and gave me an estimate and Bryson was back Thursday to complete the job. He was very considerate and kept checking to make sure I was ok with what he was doing. They were very professional and did and excellent job! One spot was accidentally missed and they were back the same day to make it right.This local family run business deserves your support!
