Dr. Basham is so very kind and incredibly professional. I have been dealing with an aggressive behavioral situation with one of my 4 dogs for a few years and this past weekend was the worst situation yet. Dr. Basham was so tender with me, understanding the idea of surrendering him was heart breaking for me, she took the time to professionally explain AGAIN "I cap because she's done it so many times already", why it's the best solution for not only the aggressive one but the other 3 who reside in the stress. I've been to most of the vets in the clackamas area I'd highly recommend this one over others. They're currently only seeing new patients in between their regular appointments and even then the vet really took the time to go over everything with me and make sure all our issues were addressed and taken care of. They even sent us home with this new puppy kit that had a lot of really great info and a sample of the flea and heartworm medicine they recommend.

Reliable, professional yet also personal and sensitive to your and your pet's needs. We were referred to Pioneer by a friend and are SO happy they did! A very wide area of expertise and knowledge, yet they aren't afraid to admit when they don't have an answer and need to do some further invetstigation. They will listen to your questions and also your suggestions without making you feel foolish about it. The very best!
