Glad to see this place close down. Hope and her team messed up so bad on my taxes including a lot of others customers. She didn’t have much to say about it and blamed it on the last owner, even though her team received my tax documents.

Want you all to know, they’ve done my taxes for a few years. Found out they filed my taxes this year before it was verified by their office. Knew about this when my packet wasn’t ready to be released. I called twice to have my preparer call me to see if this was true. No call back. And, found out they are charging me over $200 more than other reputable companies will charge. Extremely disappointed and they’ve lost my business for good. When I told the receptionist with the initial V, she was so indifferent and didn’t seem to care. I’m glad they are in my rearview mirror. Be warned if you darken their door.
