Made an appointment for winterizing out travel trailer. First time I used them. Deal seems ok but I was curious about their level of service. Would they do anything outside the minimum such as vacccuum interior or spray down outside. They didn't but service desk was friendly and work was done in a timely manner.

Well we lost our awning in a burst of wind ontario has. So we had them order us a new awning. The people that made the awnings for Winnebago sold their company and the new company still makes them, but they don't make them the same. So Rocking R had to figure out to make the new design work. It's not even the same, but with what they had to work with, Rocking R did a Fantastic Job..they also replaced our circuit board and thermostat, which we hadn't had hot water for a year. But the Manufacturer sent us a Awning that had a huge hole, so after they get it in we will have to go back and get it installed...We live in our Motorhome full time

Went in for parts unfortunate they didn't have parts for a 78 Terry but it's an old trailer lol however they gentleman who had Help me was very knowledgeable and pointed me to a place where I could get my parts. Here in the near future. I plan on doing business with them again. I give them a five star rating for professionalism,courtesy and cleanliness.
