Not only is the front desk super welcoming and consistent with appointment reminder, the pharmacy is great, awesome and friendly pharmaceutical professionals that take care into explaining medicine and answering questions but also the nutrition office with targets and not just agendas but most of all Dr.Silsby.
I have never felt so heard, understood and treated like a real person with real concern, not just a patient. If there's a different method that's not standard protocol but more comfortable for the patient, he goes that route. Never had a treatment, a vaccine or a procedure pushed on me or pushed out due to protocol. I had questions concerning my feminine health, Dr. Silsby didn't even hesitate.
