The eye exam with Dr Matthew Georgeson was difficult because I could never see the eye chart clearly and he was satisfied with that. When the optician measured for my trifocals, she did not bother to adjust the frames to fit properly. After 4 months of not being able to see through the glasses, I made an appointment in which Dr Georgeson kept me waiting over an hour. He did not apologize or bother to check my glasses or my eyes and told me that the prescription was the best I was going to get. WOW! I then scheduled an appointment with a patient-centered, skilled, knowledgeable, caring, and reputable eye doctor for a second opinion. I learned that not only was my prescription incorrect, my sunglasses were a different prescription than my indoor glasses. Now, I can see again!

I've been coming here for about 3 years now. Friendly and competent staff and doctor. Even tho he's out of network, my exam, lenses, and prescription were still fairly reasonable (2 sets of glasses).
