Chelsea is an absolute treasure! She's the type of person you would not only trust your hair with but also your secrets and probably one of your children. Her dedication to her clients and the city of Oakland are unrivaled. You will not regret booking with her.
My daughter loves going here. Geniva is great. Her prices are great for the quality. Her lashes always look on point and she's also fun to talk to. The salon environment is great and she is always very accommodating. I definitely recommend her for lash extensions. For those who are thinking of getting lash extensions, do your research so you know the facts and are ready for the committment.
I have been a customer of Pepper & Co. Hair Design for over a year. I had met my lash technician, Geniva when she did my nails at Nails & Spa in Roseburg. My eyelash technician at the time was moving out of state, so when Geniva told me she did lashes and was going to be working in Oakland at Pepper & Co, I made an appointment to see how she did.
