We had to pull our 6 year-old because Jennifer, the owner, is almost never there, electrical problems persist (safety), vending machine always broken (parents and kids need refreshment in the evening,} and now she is charging us to let our kids participate in June recital. Instead of advertising for new clients, she is charging her loyal customers more! I don't like that me and my child must get water from bathroom sink. Please install water bottle and dispenser! Lighting is malfunctioning and dark. Decor is dark and dull. Love!!!! the staff: Linda is so gentle and careful with the little ones: Noelle is a clever tap instructor. Street/hip hop seems a bit lacking.... read full review

Unfair and possibly illegal pricing scheme. They solicited money from their students for an overnight party then cancelled the day before and refused to refund to those who paid. When one mother complained, she was told her daughter was no longer welcome at the studio .
