Jake's was recommended by a very trusted source so initially felt comfortable engaging. Jake's responded to my outreach, arranged a time to meet at the house quickly and shared estimates with some helpful options. Once we landed on our current needs, Jake's had a quick turnaround on scheduling the serviced. On the day of, Francisco did a great job keeping us posted on progress and status which was clear and appreciated. Extra team members joined the project to ensure timely completion. They even returned to finish weed treatment which was not possible on the first day due to rain. The invoice was just as expected.
