“Awesome. They're the only place in town that accepts VSP, and a lot of people in the area have that insurance - thus they can be swamped - but they were able to get me in reasonably soon after my call, have worked with me to find the glasses I love, worked with me over the phone to help me with next steps on contact lenses, have been professional and helpful at every step. The doctor showed me the images and talked about upcoming issues (cataracts), spent lots of time with me, etc. While I was there several people came in needing help; each was treated with respect. They have a good selection of lower-cost frames that they are happy to point out to people, as well as a broad range of great brands. I think they aren't open on Mondays, and because of staffing challenges (they take care of their people too!) they just have their message machine answering the phone on Fridays, so keep that in mind.“

“Myself and my boyfriend went in and had a pleasant time. Good help and good atmosphere. Plenty of frames to choose from. I had my eyes examined and the man doing the exam was knowledgeable as well as very respectful! The receptionist was very helpful and polite although I did expect to be tossed out because of my loud voice since I find it very difficult to speak due to a medical problem. This place I think is good! Very helpful and very respectful! I think some reviews are due to the fact that some people like to complain!“
