Benjamin has inspected more than one home for us and is always thorough and informative. He warned of one home being on unstable ground that was already twisting on its foundation by measurement although not visible to the naked eye, and additionally finds issues that will be costly to remediate (detailing each one with both photos and a description) which can assist in negotiating a fair purchase price for a property.
