My 16 month old daughter had a possible ear infection the day before Christmas, had also never been seen here before, so I was expecting a long wait with paperwork and running insurance and all that.. it was so quick and easy and everyone was so super kind from the receptionist to the doctor himself. One of the best experiences I’ve had at a clinic in Coos County.

Nearly no wait time at all for a walk in, however they have a tablet you can start your check in on if they have another patient at the front desk..staff is very friendly and accommodating ..offers bottled water while you wait, they are very efficient, listen to you, and overall very helpful. I was in an out quickly, and I felt at ease no stress, they handed all of my needs and concerns promptly. Thanks Best Med! You guys are The Best ! ;)
Check in was quick and I was able to see a professional in only a few minutes. It was almost 7 pm and she hurried and found a pharmacy for me that was able to fill a prescription that night. I doubt I was in the clinic longer than 15 minutes.
