do not use Julie Gamache!! she is actually a really mean person! my husband and i tried to use her but she was brash, harsh, non-responsive and very snarky. she has a huge chip on her shoulder and was INTENTIONALLY rude and even after speaking to her about it continued to be rude and gaslighted us when we have proof of her emails and text!! have had some bad realtors (inept and manipulative and dishonest) but not typically RUDE. she gets the entire cake for being a mean spirited person and even when mentioning it, continued to be MEAN
