If you want any job done have it be affordable and trustworthy, that is Tad. I had all new windows put in and it’s no small job. Tad and his company informed me of everything being done and if there was any problems. He works with you and is on time.
I found that a lot of companies try and rip you off by adding to the price at the end. Not with this company and Tad!!!
You will not regret ever hiring him. No job is too small or too big for him to tackle!!
Tad and his crew just finished repairing and replacing dryrot damaged siding and trim; deck boards and railing; the side garage door; and the primary garage door framework and surround. I could not be more pleased with the results. When he found issues he immediately consulted with me regarding next steps. He listened to what I wanted, gave excellent feedback and advice about the feasibility of some of my ideas and always kept my budget in mine. His solutions were well thought out and the resulting fixes were better than I could have imagined. I would not hesitate to recommend Tad Oliphant Construction to anyone.
We have Tad install a new slider, side windows and redo our deck in cedar. Tad, Jeff and Ethan all work hard and got the job done quickly and it looks fantastic! We have already gotten complements on how great it looks and wow, we love the view from our new windows and deck! Highly recommend Tad Oiphant Construction.
