It was late in the afternoon, and I saw their sign for a synthetic oil change and filter, $49.99. My car was overdue, and such a deal! I turned around, came back, and they got me right in! I live in Florence. Thanks Lizzie!

Working with Sunwest Honda, and specifically with Ken, was the best car shopping experience I’ve ever had. I called from out of state to purchase a hard to find vehicle and Ken immediately went to work by creating a walk around video and making sure I had everything I needed. I ended up finding and buying a vehicle at a different dealer, so why am I leaving a review? Well, I think Ken and the Sunwest team are exceptional and their superior service deserves a 5 star review. So thanks Ken and the Sunwest team! I hope I have the opportunity to do business with you in the future, even if not this time.

When we vacation on the Oregon Coast and have any car issues, we just call Sunwest Honda in Newport, and they ALWAYS get us an appointment on the same day with no problems! Their service department is professional, courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, and just so pleasant to work with. We've had them service our car twice (headlights replaced and fixing a tire indicator light that was turning on for no reason at all) and will definitely go to them for any kind of Honda servicing while we're on vacation. It's so nice to know that I can rely on Sunwest Honda for any servicing needs. :-)
