We have been coming to Harmony for many years, when we visit our beach house in Newport. I have been teaching yoga over 30, and am a bit particular about my practice. The teachers at Harmony are always competent and engaging, experienced and professional. My husband and I are happy to know that this establishment has been here, and continues to provide for the yoga community of Newport

I absolutely love this studio. Jana is an amazing owner & is so warm hearted! You will always feel welcomed and the instructors are amazing. If you want something gentle or beginner classes, they have it. If you want a challenge they have that too. It's extremely well diverse. You can feel their passion when it comes to yoga and improving your over all well-being. They have really done a lot during the current pandemic, including online Zoom classes & workshops. They also have done a lot to keep the environment safe & clean.

I was visiting beautiful Newport for a holiday weekend and was very happy to find Harmony Yoga Center - a cozy, serene, inviting studio with wonderful instruction by Gabriel. She was warm, welcoming, and very clear with instructions on poses and supportive by way of verbal encouragement and thoughtful adjustments. My next trip to Newport will definitely include a return visit to Harmony.
