Phil, owner of Cato Roofing is not only extremely professional and efficient, but very personable and responsive. He and his team have the attention to detail that any homeowner will appreciate, especially in the weather conditions we have on the coast. He replaced three of my skylights that were leaking and moldy and they are beautiful! My boyfriend was a contractor and he was very impressed by the work Phil and Cato Roofing provided us. He also went above and beyond by sealing some other leaks, and by providing future roof inspections free of charge to ensure the roof is in good repair. Biggest storm on the Newport coast in years. Phil Cato didn't hesitate. I called him he came right out with his amazing professional team. in the wind they put up my fence that blew over and patched up my roof. we got hit again with a second storm. he came out with a huge tarp covered the roof and nailed it down and securing it and the shingles from flying off. he went the EXTRA mile and put a tarp in my attic to protect my room that was wet with rain water from Dec. 10th storm. one week later he had a one day window of 54 degrees in dead winter. he missed his sons basketball to put my roof on. even loaned me an extra tarp. the price was GREAT!
