I needed an uncommon under-the-sink drain part which was only available at plumbing supply stores out of town. When calling Yore Place! Plumbing in Newberg, hoping they might have the part, I reached Curt who happened to be at a plumbing supply store. He said he didn't have the part in his inventory, but if I sent him a picture of it, he would get it while at the store and I could pick it up from him when he was back in town. Not only did he remove the clog in the drain quickly, but he provided me with the knowledge of parts to replace and how to avoid future issues like this.
