We called on the record breaking 115 degree day. I don’t know who I talked to but he was so helpful. Renhards was our 4th call to HVAC companies, and the only helpful one. Although we were scheduled for a week later he gave us some helpful advice. We could see the inside of our AC was iced over. He said to close up the house, run the fan only and turn off the AC and let it thaw out. Also to spray the coils inside the AC down. Worked like a charm to get us by for the time being. Our service call was today. And we found several issues. The big one being that our fan inside of our furnace was clogged and an 11+ year old filter was still up inside the furnace (where the filters are supposed to go 😂). We have lived here 11 years and apparently we were not putting the filer in the correct spot since we just put it where the previous homeowner did. We need the inside cleaned out still, but now we know. In addition to that our refrigerant was low and there was something wrong inside the AC unit that he fixed. Amazing customer service. Gave sound advice for which I’m great full for! THANK YOU!
We recently purchased a home and the AC was working for awhile and then stopped. Of course it was a day reaching 100 degrees. We called around but everyone was booked out a month. Made an appt with another company for a month out just in case we really couldn't get anyone else. Found Loren online and gave him a call. He said he could swing by that afternoon to check it out. He did and figured out the problem within 15 minutes and fixed it. Thanks so much for the great customer service! Great, small and local business. Support local!
Right as the snowflakes were falling today, we realized our furnace was blowing cold air! Renhard Heating fit us in today and were professional and kind. We are sitting warm and cozy again. I am impressed and will definitely be going to Renhard Heating for any of our future HVAC needs!
