Great clinic. The staff is all friendly, from front desk to assistants to doctors. They treat the animals like each one is the cutest and smartest pet, and they treat the owners with respect and interest…it’s not just about the animals. We’ve always had knowledgeable and compassionate care, from our little puppy to our aged cat who we had to put down.
My skittish, young German Shepherd and I had an extremely good experience at NVH. Got all the treatment and shots required, my questions and concerns were fully received and addressed, the wait time was very reasonable and the service interactions positive and professional at all levels.
Wanted to give a BIG shout out to Newberg Vet. My beautiful mini dachshund was in labor and in major stress. My regular Vet said they don't do that. What! Called Newberg and even though they were not taking any new patients, they were there for our baby girl having babies. After an emergency C-section 5 littles entered this world and 1 beloved girl was saved. That's what compassion and dedication really means. A thousand thank yous is not enough!
