I belong to a 55 and older condominim community and we had 2 of our units air conditioning go down at once. It happened during those 100 degree days. We called Tim at Jenner Heating and he responded quickly. He came out almost immediately and checked to make sure if a quick fix might be made, and when it couldn't was quick to order us 2 new units at an unbelievably low price. We could not be happier with his responsiveness, communication, excellent work, and flexibility. He had to work around roofs being replaced as well. Wonderful group of workers and Tim is the best. If you need anything HVAC I suggest you call them!
We finally have air conditioning again!! Jenner Heating And Cooling was ready to get the job done right away but insurance/scheduling with other contractors for the garage wasn’t quite as quick… Once they got the green light, they were over right away and got it up and running for us. Perfect timing as we are driving home from our Central Oregon trip and I’ve been checking the thermostat app and watching the temp slowly go down in our hot house! So thankful to have AC again and highly recommend Jenner Heating and Cooling! 🥳🧊
We used Jenner Heating and Air to help install our mini split system in Newberg. They were great. They showed up at the time the appointments was set for. They explained everything that needed done before ever talking about pricing, (price was very good!) and they completed the work faster that expected. Tim the owner, told us to call him directly if we ever had any issues, which we have not. They were great to work with, I will hire them again and I refer them to anyone I know looking for heating or air conditioning service.
