dK Exteriors did a huge renovation of our exterior in 2018 - a very large project (for us at least!). Their attention to detail was immaculate - they were flexible to add additional work to the project mid-renovation, and what few mistakes were made were immediately actioned upon by Joe and team.
Their work has held up well 7 years later - we're constantly complimented on how beautiful our house is. 5 Stars!
DK Exteriors installed a sliding glass door, a picture window so big it had to be structural, and two bedroom windows at my home. I was nervous about them having to cut the aluminum siding to get the old windows out. Project was on budget, done to code, and looks great. Minor punch list items were quickly addressed to my satisfaction. Office staff accommodated my needed delays in scheduling, and were responsive to requests and questions. I've used dK twice in the last year. Once for a three-layer tear-off and new roof last summer for my stepdad's house, and once for a single-layer tear-off and new roof on my house a couple weeks ago. Both jobs were done wonderfully, on schedule, and with no financial surprises. I can't say enough about Guillermo Luna, the project manager on the recent project. He has high standards and is committed to a quality project; he's wildly communicative, helpful, and eager to please.
