First visit to Dr. Bushnell's practice this week and it was a great experience. Able to complete all intake paperwork on line to no further work necessary when I arrive. Insurance was accepted with no hassles. Hygienist was very friendly, knowledgeable, and gave me some good suggestions for oral hygiene. I was there for a cleaning and only briefly Dr. Bushnell. However I was impressed with him as well. Definitely recommend.
At first, I had a misunderstanding on my first visit because I didn’t share my concerns, but I later learned some important facts that has allowed me to reevaluate my initial thoughts. The details—I will spare you, but I have to say that I learned a great deal…along with a valuable lesson. Integrity and clarity can make a big difference in understanding between two parties and another phone call with Valerie made my issues completely disappear. They have my utmost respect and are my new trustworthy dentist—Thank you!!
