Nice lady and does a wonderful job on straight hair but not really on wavy/curly....my hair is normally wavy with curls in the front and yeah...photos were from a few hours after my hair had dried completely after the haircut.. It's been 2 weeks since my hair was cut and it isn't better even after styling. I also left a photo of my hair before the cut. I didn't have a great photo of my before hair but that's about what it looked like.

I came in with long brown hair that had color and a good 4 inches of grow out. I asked for an A Line Bob with dense highlights for a blonde all over look. Serena gave me the best haircut I've had to date, let alone a masterful job at a technical and complex cut and color. Absolutely go and see her, you will not be disappointed.
