Terrible communication and overall just such a shady and unreputable company. I strongly recommend finding a BETTER plumber I wouldn't trust these guys to work on ANY of my properties
They charged $550 for two hours of work including the new toilet. The repairman came back after the same day after the new toilet was still running water and continuously hissing after being flushed, and brought a replacement part as he said that twice in his career that the toilet actually came with a faulty part from the store. The toilet is now still having the same issue. No one from the company ever discussed their rates with us before they sent an invoice. The toilet they put in costs $169 at Lowe’s. Tell me how this math adds up. Charging $190.50 per hour for labor doesn’t make any sense. SCAM! AVOID!!
