We had our dream home built in the Fairview Addition last year, and it was a fantastic experience. The design experience was very personal and incorporated our lifestyles. We did not feel overwhelmed with choices and everything was presented in a very transparent and honest manner so we were never surprised about the cost of anything. Most of all, the follow up now that we are in our home has been great and the response has been quick. We love the neighborhood and the entire process has been incredibly positive and fun. Olsen truly seems to care about every detail and the satisfaction of their clients.

My wife and I built our home with Olsen Communities in their Monmouth development and it was an incredible experience! After selecting the lot, we got into the exciting phase of designing our floor plan which was totally custom to our family’s needs, we got to work closely with their whole team on all of our finishes and we were given the opportunity to interface directly with their suppliers to choose everything we wanted for the house. Their internal process was fantastic! We were included on their builder software so we could see our budget, progress and were able to communicate through the software.
