I am so happy with both Kelly and Nick. I was over-viewing my policies with different companies, and only Kelly and Nick picked up the phone right away, had my information pulled up immediately! I could hardly speak right away because I was just amazed at the customer service. They were so nice, knowledgeable, and honest! In calling other companies to review other policies I had, there was a long phone tree, a long wait, and then I never did get to talk to anyone. As I reflect on my communication with Kelly and Nick, it makes me wish I could have all my policies with them!
Kelly and Nick meet me me for a yearly review. They were able to save me money on my car insurance and was able to get better house insurance coverage. They are very cordial and helpful. You can trust their recommendations!
