Dr. Kraemer and her staff who have not met me or my son went above and beyond today. Knowing that my 13 yr old son was in back pain but unable to get him in same day, Dr. Kraemer took time to call and speak with and gave suggestions to help him until we get him in, Stephanie front office also called me with a cancellation tomorrow morning and able to get him treated sooner than Monday evening.
