We have had Pool and Spa Medic with we build our pool 3 years ago and they have been wonderful! They maintain our pool, help us when certain things need to be taken care of, and have taught us the ins and outs of our chemicals. These guys know their stuff!

If I could give 10 stars I would. I overfilled my hot tub and the entire power went out. I was afraid I blew out the electronic components to the tub. My plug in for the hot tub wouldn’t light up at all. So I called pool and spa medic. I spoke to Mike and told him what had happened. He said , “ what i’d like you to do is buy a new hot tub plug in at Home Depot ( told me the specific one to buy as well) , walks me through exactly what needed to be done to install the new plug in! He says if that doesn’t work , then I’m happy to come out….. but if I can walk a customer through it over the phone and it fixes the problem, then you don’t have to pay... read full review

I couldn't believe the amazing phone consult on two occasions at no charge to fix my hot tub. I accidentally overfilled my tub and everything Completely shut down, and wouldn't start. I thought I blew out the entire circuit. I called several places to tell them what happened, and they said they would need to come out and evaluate it first. When I called Mike, the owner of the pool and spa medic...... he was so helpful. Based on what I told him, he gave me detailed instructions because my surge protector plug in......went dark . He told me to buy a new one at Home Depot, walks me through step by step how to install the new one, and he said if it didn't work,... read full review
