Every time I go in here (after the recent sale with the new owners), the staff are yelling or fighting with each other during my pedicure. Every time. It's unfortunately not a relaxing environment since the new owners took over this year. 😞

This use to be my go to place for mani/pedi’s when Thao & Joy owned it but since they were bought less than a year ago it has gotten worse by the month. They have raised prices 3 times in 7 months, even if you have an appointment you are waiting 15 minutes or more, they are reusing the same tools without sterilizing or replacing, no hand washing after dremeling, I have to tell them I do not want them to reuse items from previous client…I could go on. I gave it 2 stars only because they are nice.

I would give 4 stars for the pedicure.
But the wait was insane and the refill is terrible. I had an appointment, and waited about 45 minutes past my appointment time, they were packed and we were told there were new owners, so I was patient, several people walked out. My pedicure was great, but I asked for a refill on my solar nails, American tips, stated I wanted it natural looking, and the powders did not remotely match. The problem was that the difference can be seen through the gel and despite me reiterating American tips multiple time, French tips were added, and the paint is scratching off and discolored less than a week after having the set done.
