Fringe is under new ownership! Crystal Berry, who has done pedicures and cuts at Fringe for years, is the new owner. She continues to cut my hair the most expertly and nicely as always, and her pedicures can't be beat! I highly recommend!

A very rare gem, more than meets the eye. One of those nearly extinct businesses where you walk away feeling like you did a good thing by giving them your business, because it is so obvious that the owner is a genuine-hearted soul who selflessly supports & promotes many other talented local merchants, displaying a great deal of their merchandise & business cards inside the salon. Prices are very fair. Service is honest, timely & professional yet perfectly executes that warm home-y feeling. You won't leave wondering if your business was valued or given to a meaningless cause.

Tina is amazing, she has been in the hair industry for quite some time. She has excessive amounts of education under her belt. There's no cut she can't do. Milton Freewater is lucky to have gained such a gem.
