After installing two sump pumps beneath our home, one became disconnected from the PVC drain pipe after a freeze and low temps. This happened on Christmas Eve, CSG was closed, so we repaired it ourselves since the pump and sensor were working. CSG called me back after reopening to follow up. I explained what happened and how we fixed it. Spencer offered to not only reimburse for the hose fittings we purchased, but the check included a bit for our labor!
