The prices are good, and the staff are helpful, friendly, and professional, walking customers through their options based on their insurance plan. Orders are fulfilled quickly, with some customers receiving their glasses in as little as three days. The technicians were friendly and helpful. I orderd glasses for my son twice in this center! For second time, they are replacing his lenses with the correct prescription and they also arrived super fast.
The opticians and assistants are wonderful at this place.
My husband's prescription had to be sent in twice, and they were just very gracious.
The issue was evidently an error in the prescription at the private physician's office.

A while back I needed some new prescription sunglasses before a vacation to the UK. The ladies at the Vision Center were awesome. They were helpful, friendly, and professional. The prices are good and they walked me through what options I had based on my insurance plan. Plus they were able to get me my new sunglasses with only a few days before I left.
