We bought a property with a 2014 Skyline home of 2100 sq ft and wanted to learn as much as possible since we had never lived in a manufactured home before. Over the last month, we have visited their McMinnville OR facility three times to gather information and have a tour of the factory. All of the people have been very friendly and professional and forthcoming with answers to our questions. We did ask some staff how long they have worked there and got responses of 20 plus years! A very positive experience throughout. I bought a model home, so there were a few differences in that it had to be disassembled and then reassembled. It all went well, though there were a few issues once it was set up. Danny, the service manager for Skyline, took down all my complaints and didn't argue or try to get me to accept something faulty--instead, he was concerned and intent on making everything right. And he did: a crew drove a hundred miles and repaired every single problem, from creaking floors to stuck kitchen drawers to a new ceiling fan. I'm very impressed with this level of service and recommend Skyline highly.
I walk using a walker so the first thing I notice is the door or doors of a business, are they heavy or lite. Skylines door, not only was Skylines door light but they had a ramp that let me walk all the way to their front door.So, kudos for Skyline Homes INC for being a handicap friendly business!Once I was in the building I was greeted by a nice lady and I said hi in return.I asked her if she minded me asking her a few questions and she said sure.
